Ciao, I'm Lucia
More than 10 years ago, I left Italy and moved to California without speaking much English, simply following a feeling that something more was waiting for me.
Three years later, I welcomed my son Raffael into the world. His birth was long, intense, and honestly, left me shaken. I told myself I could never do it again. But four years later, when I was pregnant with my daughter Hazel, I knew I wanted something different. I discovered hypnobirthing, and everything changed. Instead of fearing each contraction, I welcomed them with trust and calm. That birth wasn't just different, it was transformational. And it set me on my path.
I wanted to understand that power, so I trained at HMI and became a Certified Hypnotherapist, NLP, and Mental Emotional Release (MER) Practitioner.
Today, I help people create meaningful change, from easing anxiety and building confidence to supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Birth holds a very special place in my heart because it's where my own transformation began. But at the core, my mission is much broader, to guide people back to the wisdom within themselves. I believe your body and mind already know the way. My role is to help you remember. If that feels like a fit, I'd be honored to walk beside you.
