Ciao, I'm Lucia
I’m the heart behind ChooseHolistic, and what I do is simple at its core - I help people reconnect with themselves.
My work blends hypnotherapy, kinesiology, breathwork, and energy work, but more than techniques, it’s about creating a space where something real can shift. A space where you can slow down, feel safe, and start listening to what your body and subconscious have been trying to say.
I moved to the United States over 10 years ago from Italy, not speaking much English, just following a feeling that there was something more for me to discover. That journey led me deep into holistic living - learning, experiencing, and slowly understanding how much the body holds, and how naturally it knows how to return to balance when we stop fighting it.
Over time, that curiosity became my work.
Today, I guide clients through sessions - online or in person - supporting them in releasing patterns, reconnecting with their body, and finding clarity in areas where they’ve felt stuck.
I feel especially connected to working with women - through fertility, pregnancy, birth, and beyond. There’s something very powerful in helping a woman trust her body again, soften stress, and feel supported during such a transformative time. It’s something I’ve lived myself, and it’s very close to my heart.
At home, I’m a mom of two, and we follow an unschooling path. The same values I bring into my sessions - trust, curiosity, respect for each person’s timing - I live every day with my children.
At the center of everything I do is a simple belief:
you don’t need to be fixed.
Your body already knows how to shift, your mind already knows how to reorganize, and there is an intelligence within you that is always moving toward balance.
My role is not to “heal” you.
It’s to hold a space where that process can happen.
I care deeply about creating an environment where you feel seen, without judgment. Where you can show up exactly as you are, and leave feeling a little more connected, a little more clear, and a little more yourself.
This work is not separate from life - it’s how I live, how I raise my family, and how I connect with my community. A more natural, grounded, and conscious way of being.
